Since starting his career in 1975, Dan has applied his unique knowledge in the areas of land economics, land use, and market trends to become a trusted advisor. During his 40-year career, he was involved in hundreds of transactions and developed an extreme level of expertise in small community development. He has participated in launching Spyglass, Geneva, Tanglewood, Northern Heights, Cedar Creek, Stoneybrook, Sandstone, Rose Garden Condos, Lost Creek and over 50 view lots on Chuckanut. Dan has helped his clients identify and capitalize on valuable opportunities in all kinds of economic environments. Dan was a member of Coldwell Banker’s national elite top 3%.
He graduated from the University of Northern Michigan and is currently an active member in Lions Club and a member of the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County.
