Anne has over 30 years of real estate experience including fine homes, condos, commercial, and income properties. During her career she achieved Diamond status and has participated in more than $500 million in residential real estate sales. She is a new construction specialist and has launched numerous communities. Past projects include Spyglass, Highfield, Edgewater Condominiums, Wycliffe, Northern Heights and Westhills. Anne has exceptional skills in negotiations, market trends and knowledge of property value analysis. She holds her CCIM certificate which is awarded to only 6 percent of agents nationwide.
Dan resides on the Cantrell Group Advisory Board.
Since starting his career in 1975, Dan has applied his unique knowledge in the areas of land economics, land use, and market trends to become a trusted advisor. During his 40-year career, he was involved in hundreds of transactions and developed an extreme level of expertise in small community development. He has participated in launching Spyglass, Geneva, Northern Heights and over 50 view lots on Chuckanut. Dan has helped his clients identify and capitalize on valuable opportunities in all kinds of economic environments. Dan was a member of Coldwell Banker’s national elite top 3%.
He graduated from the University of Northern Michigan and is currently an active member in Lions Club and a member of the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County.
Erika is a native to the Pacific Northwest, born and raised in Bellingham and a second generation Whatcom County realtor. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Bain, Erika was Manager of Investor Relations at an Investment Advisory firm which specialized in commercial real estate acquisitions. Most recently, she worked for a Fortune 500 company in the new business development channel and was responsible for managing mega contracts, influencing sales, and client service. Erika has a proven track record in sales, during her 4-year tenure she averaged 123 percent to goal and received national recognition for her achievements. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Point Loma Nazarene University. Erika is an avid volunteer. She is a former board member of Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Santa Barbara, where she served on the planning and Development committee. Currently, Erika is a Whatcom Hospice Foundation board member and is a current member of Bellingham Central Lions Club.
A Pacific Northwest native, Derek relocated to Bellingham from Southern California to help found The Cantrell Group. He studied Business and Marketing at Point Loma Nazarene University, and immediately put that knowledge to use founding 2 commercially and critically acclaimed apparel companies. Specializing in Marketing and Sales, Derek focused his attention on creative campaigns, implementing unique perspectives, and executing strategy to assure successful results. Results which were quickly noted by the likes of the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and the Los Angeles Times. GQ magazine and the CFDA also confirmed its support of these efforts naming him one of America’s Best New Brands in America in 2012.
